These Terms of Use govern the use of services provided by Rectivity (the "Application"). By using the Application, users accept the following terms.

1. Service Description

The Application is a platform enabling users to purchase tickets for events. It provides an interface only and is not responsible for event organization or execution.

2. User Obligations

• Keep account information accurate and up to date.
• All transactions are the User's responsibility.
• Do not use the Application unlawfully or in violation of others' rights.

3. Ticket Purchases and Refunds

Users may cancel or request refunds per organizer terms. The Application is not responsible for organizer changes or cancellations.

4. Payments and Commissions

Users agree to prices and commission fees specified during purchase. Payments are processed through Application payment methods.

5. Application Liability

Services are provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted service. The Application is not liable for system failures or external factors.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is processed per the Privacy Policy. Users accept the Privacy Policy by using the Application.

7. Termination

Users may discontinue access at any time. The Application may suspend accounts for non-compliance.

8. Amendments

Terms may be modified at any time and take effect upon publication.

9. Dispute Resolution

Parties will resolve disputes in good faith. Turkish courts have jurisdiction if unresolved.
