Personal Data Protection Agreement

1. Parties

This Agreement is entered into between Rectivity ("Application") and natural persons using the Application ("User") to determine principles regarding personal data protection.

2. Purpose and Scope

This Agreement governs the collection, processing, storage, and protection of personal data shared by the User during ticket purchases and related services.

3. Personal Data Collected

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Payment and billing information
• Location data (optional)
• Device and connection information

4. Purposes of Processing

• Processing ticket purchases
• Managing the User account
• Improving and personalizing services
• Communicating with the User
• Fulfilling legal obligations

5. Protection of Personal Data

The Application implements encryption, access authorization, and up-to-date security measures.

6. Sharing and Transfer

Data will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary for service provision.

7. User Rights

Under KVKK (Law No. 6698), Users may request information, access, correction, deletion, and object to processing.

8. Amendments

The Application may amend this Agreement with prior notification to the User.

9. Dispute Resolution

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
