Commercial Electronic Communication Consent Agreement

This Commercial Electronic Communication Consent Agreement is concluded electronically between Rectivity Technology Joint Stock Company ("Rectivity") and the user ("Recipient").

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to regulate the consent process regarding commercial electronic communications sent by Rectivity in accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce.

2. Commercial Electronic Communications

The Recipient provides explicit consent to receive communications for: campaign and promotion announcements; new tour, event and experience recommendations; reservation reminders; personalized offers; platform updates; and user experience surveys. Communications may be sent via SMS, e-mail, phone, push notifications, and other electronic channels.

3. Data Processing

Rectivity may process full name, phone number, e-mail address, user preferences, and reservation history in accordance with KVKK (Law No. 6698).

4. Message Management System (IYS)

Consent may be recorded in IYS. The Recipient may view and modify preferences through IYS at any time.

5. Right to Withdraw Consent

The Recipient may withdraw consent at any time via unsubscribe links, IYS, or written notification to Rectivity.

6. Effectiveness

By approving this text, the Recipient provides explicit consent for Rectivity to send commercial electronic communications.
